About the family

I came to Canada from Pakistan in May 2010 after facing persecution. My family joined me in March 2014. They are still adjusting. I have two sons, Nabeel (20) and Joy (17), and one daughter, Milcah (9).

Both sons are very good musicians and since arriving here they have been leading our church choir. My wife, Neena, is also called to serve the Lord. She is leading the women’s fellowship of the church. She is also reaching the Hindu, Muslims and Sikh women. She is developing a women’s club among these people groups to create an atmosphere of trust and love for one another. We are so thankful to the Lord that after almost four years, we are again living together as a family.

About the Church Plant

We planted this church in September 2013 after developing small, home Bible study groups. We worship in Urdu and Punjabi languages. Our congregation is from Muslim, Hindu and Sikh background faith groups from Pakistan and India.

Our vision is to train our church members to reach their faith people groups. We want to see our church become a missions sending agency. It is also our vision to send these missionaries back to their home countries, where it is difficult to share the good news of the gospel. They will be able to share with their families and friends and introduce them to Christ.

We are also developing two more fellowships among the same background people groups in Scarborough and Hamilton in 2015.

–For my family as they adjust to this new system.
–For God’s provision of a bigger residence where we can invite new believers and church people to show our love and hospitality.

We are praying for partnerships who would stand with us in providing Bibles, Jesus DVDs and other resources in different South Asian languages for our outreach program.

We are also looking for partners who could help us in reaching the unreached in the Greater Toronto Area and to develop care programs for new believers.

There are numerous ways to help a church plant. Please refer to NAMB’s website for the official policy statement concerning providing for church plants.
